Major props to our own BIPC Vice President Michael Phillips
Phillips solicited and collected almost 50 questions from the BIPC membership, narrowed down and refined the questions and then herded 15 mayor-wannabes on deadline to answer six questions each and provide usable photos in a joint project with the Hawaii Tribune-Herald and West Hawaii Today.
The effort resulted in a wildly successful Facebook response.

We plan to continue our involvement covering the mayoral campaign with a Zoom forum on the two surviving candidates after the Aug. 8 primary. If, by some stroke of fate, just one emerges victorious with more than 50% of the vote, we’ll feature that winner in a session describing plans for the mayoral term that starts in December.
